The 21 Day Post Baby Tummy Programme runs for 21 days with access to some of the content available before the start date. The course content online will continue to be available for up to one year after the course start date.
Kate Smart Fitness will provide the client with access to videos, blogs and relevant pdfs and forms throughout the 21 day period.
Payment must be made in full before the start of the programme and ensures access to the content of the programme.
