Holistic Core Restore® Athlete 12
It’s time to get busy :-)! Introducing Holistic Core Restore ® Athlete 12. 12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER and being able to go for LONGER because you’ve built a strong HCR foundation and now you’re ready to roll!
Since 2022 I have made this programe ‘hybrid’, combining both recorded online programme access of three virtual workouts a week with an additional 30 minute weekly class delivered live via Zoom so once you have your FOUNDATION in place and the time is right for you to work harder you will have accountability, community and access to so much content you truly will enter ‘athlete mode’ and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been.
So, how does it work?
- This programme runs for 12 weeks and will run through a weekly live class, a private Facebook group and an online portal. Each week you will be guided through a workout approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed weekly by programme creator Jenny Burrell, and in addition, I will deliver a live class delivered via Zoom plus two recorded home workouts so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!
- The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.
What else do you need to know?
- You will complete a full health screen to make sure you are suitable for this programme. (Please note, if you have unresolved issues with Diastasis Recti or Pelvic Floor dysfunction you will be guided to an alternative programme)
- The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.
- You will need equipment! Some of this you may already have. Some you may need to purchase. You will be provided with a list and can find much of it here.
- Filmed Workout/Tips/Nutrition Via FB Group
- Week 1: Prep Week/Goals/Shopping/Fitness Test
Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 = Phase 1 – Static-ish!
Weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8 = Phase 2 – Dynamic!
Weeks 9, 10 and 11 = Phase 3 – Badass!
Week 12: Summary Week, Re-evaluation and Fitness Test - Option to join an ongoing Maintenance Group after the 12 weeks.
