So, as the first day of 2015 draws to a close I’m wondering if you’ve drawn up a list of resolutions? My timelines have been jam-packed with ‘lose 7 lbs in 7 days’, ‘New Year…new you’ ‘Make 2015 your best year yet’…….. and yet when it comes down to the bottom line we all wish each other simple ‘health and happiness’ as we toast the new year in. How funny (and indeed insulting) would it be if we toasted each others’ future1/2 stone weightloss? Try it… it’ll get you loads of friends!
Anyway, with that in mind, I’m keeping it simple this year:
To try and ensure that mouthfuls of food and drink are towards rather than away from this.
To try and ensure a better and longer night’s sleep.
Mindfulness, self care. Every day.
